I'm happy to announce the availability of the CPT 4 manual. It contains 80 pages with many screenshots covering all parts of the program in detail. I gave my best to get as much info into it as possible. Special attention was paid to cover the most common questions asked in the forum or per email in the past.
The manual has been not proofread yet and you will notice it is not written by a native speaker. Nonetheless I hope it will help you to improve your experience with CPT.
There are good chances that the German, Dutch and French translation of the program (not manual) will be soon available too. I'm especially happy about the Dutch and French translations which have been done by Willy, a CPT follower and expert in these languages. The english program text has been proofread by Dieter, another CPT follower and will be available with the next release too. Thanks a lot to both!!!
Once I'm done with the documentation / translation I can finally work on CPT 4.01 again. Beside some bug fixes my focus will be on some improvements for the training module.

It really would be nice to have an HTML version of the manual, one page per section. It would save you bandwidth, since most people will only look at some specific section, and it would save us time, as we avoid the large download. Also, you would make the manual easily searchable from Google.
I agree. Actually, I have already started to copy some parts of the manual into the knowledge base and I will continue to do so!
